Put a feedback form, contact form, formmail on your site

Free Form to Mail, Email Forms, Contact Form Script Hosting

Put a form on your website that allows your visitors to contact you by simply completing the web form. These free form to mail services (called variously, email form, contact form, feedback form, formmail, mailform, web form, etc) allow you to place such a form on your website without the need to install any Perl or PHP scripts. They even produce the HTML code for you to plug into your site. In exchange, these services usually place advertisements on your "Thank You" page, and some also place advertisements in the messages sent to you by your website visitors.

If you are looking for a PHP script or Perl script which you can place on your site, free of advertisements, you can get a free customized version from Free Feedback Form PHP/Perl Script Wizard. This is the preferred way if your web host allows you to run PHP scripts, since it gives you complete control over the script.

EmailMeForm

This free form to email service allows you to create a web mail form for your website. Your visitors can use to form to send you feedback or otherwise contact you. The form created includes an optional CAPTCHA test, which is basically a graphic image that contains some letters which your visitors have to type (to verify that they are not an automated spam robot that sends spam through mail forms). You can configure the appearance of the contact form page as well as the fields that appear. The form may be located on your own website or on the free formtomail host's site. You will have to create a "thank you" page for the form yourself and host it on your site. The message sent logs your visitor's IP address, and can be customized. You can also view statistics on the use of your form. You have the option of having this free service store a copy of your message. You are allowed a maximum of 5 web forms.

Response-O-Matic

Like most other free form to mail processing services, you create a form that calls their form script. When your visitor clicks on the Submit button on your form, the script will send the contents of the form to you and a C.C. address of your choice (if you like). You will also receive information about the type of browser the sender used.

Formmail.to

This service offers a free form for your website in return for banner advertising at the bottom of the form page. Your form will be located on their web server, and you will have to link to http://formmail.to/yourform. It is thus probably less customizable than free web form services that allow you to place the form on your own site. On the other hand, they allow you to redirect your visitors to a "Thank You" page of your choice (on your site). This service does not place your email address in the form hidden fields.

Freedback

Freedback allows you to create a feedback form using their online tools and place the form on your website. Your visitors will see numerous advertisements on a "Thank You" page, after they submit their comments. The last time I checked, the "Thank You" page was filled with so many ads that I almost missed the "thank you" statement on that page, and the email sent to you by your visitor will also contain ads inserted by Freedback.
